Tanoshikatta!!!

So instead of being responsible and going car shopping tonight, I went to the Melt Banana show instead - and I don't regret the decision at all. They played almost every song off of Cell-Scrape, and a bunch of songs from Charlie along with a Devo cover, the theme song they wrote for that show on [adult swim] - "Perfect Hair Forever", and lastly their 10 songs in 2 minutes montage.

I'm just slightly disappointed that I had to go alone, but I understand the long drive that Bastard Face would have had to endure and don't blame him for ditching me. Ironically the show started an hour and a half late so he would have had plenty of time to drive down and see them - so his loss I guess. I think the worst thing was that I forgot my camera, which sucks because I was front row and had a great view of Rika and YaSuKo.

Well that wasn't the worst thing. The worst thing was the garage band of high school students that opened up for MB's opening band, VAZ. Since the keyboard guy didn't show up they had to play a recording of his tracks while the others played their instruments. It would have been cute if it hadn't been so painful.
